Rick Laws will address the real estate trends over the past two years. He will specifically address the county of Sonoma, the city of Santa Rosa and Oakmont. Rick provides monthly real estate statistics and analysis for the Press Democrat and other local media. He is a Bay Area real estate veteran with two decades of experience and is currently the Manager of Coldwell Banker Northern California’s Santa Rosa office, incorporating a team of more than 145 real estate professionals.
Prior to entering real estate he was a commercial fisherman in Kodiak, Alaska. Today he and his wife, Mary, are residents of Santa Rosa. The couple have two sons, Brandon and Richard.
